The sprinkler parts were fine, but the prices felt a little high. I ended up finding some of the same items cheaper on other sites, so it didn’t really feel like a great deal. Shipping costs didn’t help much either. When I reached out to support, I kind of felt like they were putting it back on me, like I should’ve checked around more before ordering, which was frustrating

"Solid sprinkler parts and easy install"
I ordered a few sprinkler heads and fittings from Sprinkler Warehouse and was happy with them. The quality felt better than what I was finding locally, and everything seemed sturdy and installed without any issues. One of the nozzles had a small scratch on it, but it still worked just fine. Overall, I’d definitely order from them again, just hoping they improve the packing a little.

I ended up needing sprinkler heads and a bunch of little fittings at the worst possible time, right when the local stores seemed picked over or just didn’t have the right stuff. Sprinkler Warehouse pretty much had everything in one place, which saved me from bouncing around to five different sites. The categories made it easy to compare parts, and I even found a few things I didn’t realize I needed. my timing was the biggest problem, but this made the repair a lot less frustrating. I’ll definitely use them again for yard repairs.

I’ve ordered from Sprinkler Warehouse before and had a decent experience, but this time was a little frustrating. I needed a couple of replacement parts, and they were either out of stock or just not listed anymore. After spending time checking their site first, I ended up having to search around on other sites anyway. The prices seemed "fine," but the real issue for me was the "availability."

I stopped in with a few questions about replacing some sprinkler heads, and the staff was really helpful. They explained things clearly without making it feel overly complicated, which I appreciated. The specs matched what I got, so there weren’t any surprises there. That part was fine. But i still found myself annoyed because the whole thing felt a bit underwhelming, and I kept noticing little things that bothered me. Nothing was technically wrong, but it just didn’t feel as satisfying as I hoped. Again, the specs were accurate, so I can’t complain about that, but I still ended up feeling like there was something to complain about...
